The Nawash Trust Committee is pleased to announce that funding applications are now being accepted for the 2026 funding cycle.

Community members, organizations, and eligible applicants are encouraged to submit proposals that support the well-being, growth, and future prosperity of the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation and its members.

Funding is available for initiatives that align with the Trust's mission and objectives, including projects that contribute to community development, education, culture, health and wellness, environmental stewardship, economic development, and other areas that create lasting benefits for present and future generations.

Application Deadline

All funding applications must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.

Applications received after the deadline may not be considered during the current funding review cycle, so applicants are encouraged to begin the process early and ensure all required documentation is included with their submission.
